Among the dancers, six have received the 2008 International Prize for Classical Chinese Dance in New York.

The Foundation undertakes to transfer all profits from private and public performances to the Shen Yun Company, to enable it to pursue its tours worldwide and to spread the classical culture of dance and song, through training young people with artistic ability but without financial means, thus continuing the expertise and traditional techniques unique to this ancient culture.
